STORE PICKUP
YOU MUST HAVE THE RECEIPT & VALID PHOTO ID WITH NAME MATCHING FROM THE CREDIT CARD TO PICK UP AN ORDER PLACED ONLINE. Uniforms are a valuable asset for each family and we want to ensure the correct person is picking up the item purchased online. If someone other than the person placing the order will be picking up, PLEASE NOTE THIS IN THE COMMENTS SECTION OF THE ORDER. Otherwise the package will NOT be release to anyone other than the person placing the order.
Pick up orders are usually ready by the NEXT business day after an order is placed. We will send a TEXT MESSAGE to the person who placed the order when it is ready for pickup with the phone number submitted. For example, an order is placed on Tuesday, it will be ready by Wednesday anytime after 12:00 pm. If an order is placed on Saturday, it will be ready by Tuesday anytime after 12:00 pm.
SHIPPING ORDERS
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there may be restrictions on some products and some cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
