Q: How are online orders processed?

A: Online orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If you have placed an online order and are wanting information about your order, we do send status updates, so please check your email first before calling the store.

 

Q: How are items shipped? 

A: Online orders are shipped by either UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). Please know that ALL orders are shipped with a signature requirement for fraud protection, so please make arrangements to have someone present to accept the delivery in person or be prepared to pick these up at the designated shipping location if they leave a notice on your door.

 

Q: Can I pick up an order that was placed online?

A: Yes. All online orders have the option to pick-up at either store location -- Fort Worth or Arlington. However, the person who PLACED the order must show his/her driver's license with credit card used to make the purchase to prevent theft/fraud. 

 

Q: Can I return an item if I no longer want it? 

A:  Please refer to our Returns Policy for specific return information.
